Partners for Rural Impact is a national nonprofit focused on improving educational and economic outcomes for rural youth. As an Instructional Designer, I design and implement a wide range of learning experiences for both internal staff and external community partners. My deliverables range from concise one-page documents to multi-session live workshops and comprehensive asynchronous online courses. The goal of my learning experiences is to build leaders’ capacity to drive meaningful change for kids. I create engaging, learner-centered content that equips participants with practical, actionable skills.
